Men Oh is one of those ramen spots that feels genuinely different from the usual tonkotsu places around Los Angeles. Their signature Tokushima ramen has a rich pork-bone broth with a slightly sweet soybased flavor, plus both sliced chashu and seasoned pork belly. It is bold, comforting, and packed with flavor without tasting like every other ramen bowl in the city. The noodles had a great texture, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the toppings all worked really well together. I also liked that the broth tasted deep and developed rather than simply heavy. You can tell there is a lot of time and care behind it. The restaurant itself has a casual, no-frills atmosphere that feels very appropriate for Little Tokyo. Service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly. It is the kind of place where the focus is clearly on serving a satisfying bowl of ramen rather than trying to create an overly trendy experience. I have tried plenty of ramen around LA, and Men Oh still stands out because Tokushima ramen is not something you find everywhere. Small Ramen spot in DTLA near the Arts District and Little Tokyo located in a plaza. There’s a few tables and some bar seating so good for small groups or solo diners. I got their Tokushima Ramen and enjoyed it. A nice creamy broth with a good amount of pork belly and toppings. I recommend getting a side of their spicy soybean sprouts to add a little crunch and contrast to the ramen. Service was friendly and kind.

Amazing Ramen. This should be one of my top 5 overall ramen places in the US. I had the Tokushima Ramen (house specialty) and it was amazing. Lots of flavor in the broth and the meat was tasty. Add a miso spicy bomb if you like spicy. Food came fast and the service was great. Fully recommended if you wanna have good ramen.

This is hands down my favorite ramen spot. Men Oh Tokushima Ramen might be small, but the food is incredible, rich in flavor, and genuinely comforting. I have lost count of how many times I have come here for their spicy tonkotsu ramen. My go-to order is the spicy tonkotsu with the miso ball spice on the side since I cannot handle too much heat, along with a small teriyaki don bowl as a side. It is the perfect combo every time. I have come here with my girlfriend who is now my wife, brought friends and family, and even stopped by alone when I just wanted something satisfying. Every visit has been consistently great. The quality, the flavors, and the cozy atmosphere make it a go-to spot. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic ramen that never disappoints.

Super yummy Ramen! They have an amazing deal where you get an entree and a mini ramen. Spice levels are no joke. Cute spot, with attentive staff.
